Group Overview
The UPC Renewables group has successfully developed over 1,100 MW of operating wind projects on three continents over its fifteen year history.

UPC is currently developing over 450MW of wind projects in the Philippines and its first 80 MW project in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte, which is being developed through its Philippine affiliate Northern Luzon UPC Asia Corporation ("NLUPC"), is scheduled to start construction in 2011.

The Philippines business of UPC Renewables was established in 2006 and currently has offices in Manila and Laoag City, Ilocos Norte employing eighteen (18) permanent staff.

Northern Luzon UPC Asia Corporation (NLUPC) signs Wind Energy Service Contracts (WESC) with Philippine Department of Energy (PDOE) for its 30 MW Balaoi project in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte.

NLUPC obtains Forest Land Use Agreement (FLAg) from Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) for both Caparispisan and Balaoi projects.
