Academy in Olsztyn.
Summary
Zygmunt is an agriculture expert having been involved
in various country agricultural development programs
for many years. He managed the Centre of Agricultural
Advisory for 13 years and participated in many development
programs for the Ministry of Agriculture of Poland.
Zygmunt played a key role in numerous projects that
resulted in economic restructuring, employment generation,
and environmental protection. Zygmunt not only contributed
significantly to the development of Poland via local
projects but also participated in international projects
such as the Polish-American Agricultural Advisory Program,
Ballie Agriculture Run-off Action with Sweden, Polish-Israeli
Cooperation on the Milk Industry Development, Environment
Protection with the World Bank and Recycling Program
with the EU and Ukraine. |
