Summary

Wilson started his career with the Ministry of Electric Power as an Engineer. In 1996, when he was a Manager of Coastal Power, Wilson closed the Suzhuo II CCGT co-generation power plant project. As Senior Manager of Enron International China in 1998-2000, he closed the Hainan Meilan CCGT re-negotiation and Chengdu Jiasling coal fired co-generation projects. He subsequently joined United Technologies Energy Holdings International as Vice President and was responsible for business development in Greater China. He developed the Goada and Wuxi Power Fuel Conversion to Gas projects when he was the Business Director of El Paso in 2004. Prior to UPC Asia, Wilson was the General Manager of Nanjing Dalu Industrial Investment Group where he developed the company’s Poly Silicon project, several wind projects and a 2x600MW coal-fired power plants project.
