Summary
Romulo has been a GIS Specialist for most of his career.
Before joining UPC Asia, he was with the Department
of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) since 1990.
During those years, he was the focal person in the
surveys, analysis, verification, editing and transformation,
composition and digitization of maps of different sites
in the Philippines. He improved and perfected the digitizing
techniques of cartographers from different local government
units as well as conducted GIS and GPS training for
the staff of various DENR offices throughout the country. |
