Summary
Prior to joining UPC, Oliver was the Engineering Department
Manager at Guohua (Dongtai) Windpower Ltd. which is
building the Guohua Dongtai 200MW wind farm project
in Jiangshu province, one of the Chinese Wind Concession
Projects. This project will have the largest capacity
in a single phase in the world. In this project, he
was involved in wind resource analysis using the WASP
and the engineering management of the wind farm construction. |
