Nick joined Clifford
Chance in 1986 as an associate and developed a
highly successful career culminating in becoming
Managing Partner of Clifford Chance Italy in 2002,
a position he held until 2006 when he co-founded
UPC Renewables. He was a Member of the Global Management
Committee of Clifford Chance LLP, as Head of Continental
Europe between 2003 and 2005. Nick is an expert
in corporate finance and capital markets, specialising
in acquisition, merger and take-over bids. He was
appointed a Board Director of Solar Integrated
Technologies in 2006. He is qualified as a solicitor
in England and Wales and an Avvocato in Italy and
is a member of the Milan Bar.
