Filippo has been with
Clifford Chance, a global law firm, for almost 3 years
based in its Milan, Italy office. While at Clifford
Chance, Filippo participated and assisted lawyers in
the organization, due-diligence, drafting and negotiations
of various mergers and acquisition transactions. These
include the sale of a major Italian luxury design furniture
manufacturer to a leading Japanese private equity fund,
and the sale of a major Italian retail chain through
a competitive bidding process. Filippo has also been
active in securities work, working with lawyers who
represent underwriters of a leading Italian banking
group that seeks to list in the Luxembourg Stock Exchange,
as well as with lawyers who were responsible in conducting
due diligence on a public offering of an Italian leasing
and banking group.
