David has seventeen
years of experience in the energy, power, pipeline,
petrochemical and infrastructure sectors. He has worked
for equipment suppliers, large financial institutions
(including Fuji Bank, Kidder Peabody (a subsidiary
of GE Capital), UBS and Warburg Dillon Read), development
companies, private equity backed acquisition ventures,
and independent private power companies (Finance Director
of Ogden Energy Asia Pacific Ltd.), including a period
working with Aaron Domingo at Noble Energy Development.
David has participated
in several medium to large scale energy, power, petrochemical
and infrastructure
development
and financings in North America, South America and
the Asia Region. He joined the company along with
Aaron Domingo in early 2006. He has a Bachelors
Degree in
Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Massachusetts
Institute of Technology.
