Summary
Charlie has been involved in Forestry since he began
his career with the Department of Environment and Natural
Resources (“DENR”) in 1977. He has extensive
field experience in the different regions of the Philippines
involving community development, reforestation programs,
technical development and project evaluation and management.
Charlie was in charge of many DENR projects that were
conducted in the Central and Northern regions of the
Philippines like Nueva Ecija and the Ilocos Region. |
